Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Phone Screen

This will be a phone call with our Head of Talent, Mitch King. 

Some of the things we'll cover:

  • Your current role and what you're looking for next
  • What's important to you about the next company you work for
  • Align the role requirements with your skills & experience
  • Answer any questions you have about the role and Mutinex
  • Discuss salary budgets and expectations to make sure we're paying what you're looking for and vice versa
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Interview

This interview will go deeper into your technical skills, experience and knowledge with the Hiring Manager for this role and will run for 45-60 minutes. 

You may want to have some examples of recent projects and/or achievement's top of mind to talk through and have question prepared, to find out what you need to know to see if we are a fit for what you are looking for. 

We don't follow rigid interview formats but if you have a general approach of providing the context of the problem you were solving, the drivers for solving/improving, the rationale behind the steeps you took and the solution you provided then you'll be on the right track.
Stage 3

Technical Interview

This will be a technical interview where you will be given access to a case study and be asked questions around the data, coding and share your solutions to the problems posed.
