Stage 1

Phone screen

This will be a phone call with our Head of Talent, Mitch King. 

Some of the things we'll cover:

  • Your current role and what you're looking for next
  • What's important to you about the next company you work for
  • Align the role requirements with your skills & experience
  • Answer any questions you have about the role and Mutinex
  • Discuss salary budgets and expectations to make sure we're paying what you're looking for and vice versa
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Interview

This interview will go into your technical skills and experience in more details than the phone screen with the Hiring Manager for this role.

You may want to have some examples of recent projects and/or achievement's top of mind to talk through.

We don't follow rigid formats but if you have a general approach of providing the context of the problem you were solving, the drivers for solving/improving, the rationale behind the steeps you took and the solution you provided then you'll be on the right track.

This interview will be with our CEO & Co-Founder Henry and cover your values & alignment to ours, what motivates you and a chance to hear more about our company mission.
