Hiring Manager Interview
Portfolio Review:
We'd like you to showcase 1–2 projects that clearly demonstrate your approach and skills in Product Design. Specifically, please address the following areas:
We'd like you to showcase 1–2 projects that clearly demonstrate your approach and skills in Product Design. Specifically, please address the following areas:
- End-to-end design thinking
- Briefly walk us through your design process from problem framing to final delivery. Include how you conducted user research, developed insights, and translated findings into actionable design decisions.
- Collaboration and Delivery
- Describe your role within the team, how you collaborated with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, and highlight your contribution towards the final product outcome.
- Impact and Learnings
- Reflect on the impact your work had - whether on user experience, business objectives, or product improvements. Also, share key learnings or insights you gained from the project.
Please aim to keep your presentation concise (around 15 minutes per project) to allow time for questions and discussion. We're particularly interested in your ability to clearly articulate your thought process, decision-making, and the outcomes of your designs.

Final Interview
This interview will be with our CEO & Co-Founder Henry and cover your values & alignment to ours, what motivates you and a chance to hear more about our company mission.
